Once an order has entered the "PREPARING" phase, it can no longer be cancelled. Refunds for online payments are subject to review by management.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any accounts caught abusing our policies, including repeated failure to pay and receive Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
